    What exactly is the PDC?

    PDC is the technical conference organized by Microsoft for developers and architects. It gives professional developers the opportunity to meet Microsofties, get the first scoop on forthcoming products and provide valuable feedback about how they feel about Microsoft’s products.

  • Airbus 380 equipped with linux PCs
    • ]]>     In Germany, researchers showed their Gryphon personal strap-on jet wing. This personal aircraft lets the pilot fly at about 135MPH. The Gryphon has oxygen and helmet that features a heads-up display. The wing is about six-foot and rudder is controlled by hand-held rotary controls.

    • ]]>     On Slashdot I read that the Airbus 380 superjumbo jet has a personal linux PC in every passenger seat. It runs the in-flight entertainment as well as StarOffice. That’s cool!
